Data Deletion Request

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian law, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Sonnet Infotech. This page explains exactly how to do that and what will be deleted.

If you signed up to AMInvoice using your Facebook account, you can also use this page to request deletion of the data we collected via Facebook Login.

2. What Data We Hold

When you use AMInvoice, we store the following personal data:

• Your name, email address, and/or phone number (from your sign-up method)
• Profile information obtained from Google or Facebook (if used for sign-in)
• Company details you entered (name, address, tax ID, logo)
• Invoices, expenses, income records, and bank account data you created
• Payment and subscription records
• Usage logs and session data

3. How to Request Deletion

You can delete your data in two ways:

Option A — Self-service (immediate)

1. Log in to your account at app.aminvoice.com
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and click Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion — your account and all data will be queued for permanent removal

Option B — Email request

Send a deletion request email to us and we will process it within 30 days:

4. What Gets Deleted

Upon confirmation of your deletion request:

• Your user account and login credentials are permanently removed
• All company profiles, invoices, expenses, income records, and bank data are deleted
• Your Facebook/Google authentication link is disconnected
• All personal profile information is erased

5. Deletion Timeline

• Self-service deletion: Account access is removed immediately; data is purged within 30 days
• Email requests: Acknowledged within 3 business days; completed within 30 days
• Backup systems: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 60 days before being overwritten

6. Facebook Data Deletion

If you used Facebook Login to sign up, Facebook may ask us to confirm deletion of your data when you remove our app from your Facebook account. Here's how to remove the app from Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
2. Find AMInvoice in the list and click Remove
3. Facebook will send us a deletion notification, and we will delete your data within 30 days
4. You will receive a confirmation email from us once deletion is complete
